1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please note: During high-volume periods or holidays, processing times may experience slight delays. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

3. International Shipping

We proudly offer international shipping to get our gear to you, wherever you are.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Tactical Pride is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

4. How Do I Check the Status of My Order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

 

If you haven’t received your order within the estimated delivery timeframe provided on your tracking link, please contact us at 1idunits@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 

5. Damages and Lost Packages

Tactical Pride is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to resend the package.
