RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Effective Date: August 30th 2025

Return Window

• 10 days from delivery date

• Must contact us for Return Authorization (RA) before shipping back

• Returns without RA number will be rejected

What We Accept

Full Refund (Defective/Our Error Only):

• Defective products or incorrect items shipped

• We provide prepaid return label

• Refund within 5-7 business days

Partial Refund (Change of Mind):

• 20% restocking fee applies

• Items must be unworn, unused, with original tags

• Customer pays return shipping

• Original shipping costs non-refundable

• Refund within 7-10 business days

No Returns Accepted

• Opened, worn, or used items

• Items without original tags/packaging

• Customized or personalized products

• Body armor, undergarments, hygiene items

• Sale/clearance items (marked “Final Sale”)

• Returns past 10 days

Military Exceptions

Store credit may be offered for unused items with deployment/reassignment orders (management discretion only).

Return Process

1. Email 1idunits@gmail.com with order number and reason

2. Receive RA number within 72 hours

3. Ship item back with tracking within 10 days

4. Await inspection and refund

Important Terms

• Exchanges not guaranteed (subject to availability)

• Customer pays both-way shipping on size exchanges

• Refused packages subject to 20% restocking fee

• Fraudulent returns may result in account ban

• Refunds issued to original payment method only
